DCL Projects

In 2014, NSF funded 15 research projects through a Dear Colleague Letter (DCL) to conduct exploratory work in its early stages on untested but potentially transformative research ideas or approaches necessary to move forward to design and develop measures of one or more of these 14 indicators for use in monitoring and improving the STEM education system. Recently, NSF released a second Dear Colleague Letter to fund additional projects in this area.
